Restaurants come in all shapes and sizes, but great family-owned neighbourhood restaurants are becoming a rarity these days. Started in 1998, WiSushi (Wi for West Island :-) is still owned and managed by chef Hai, joined in 2008 by his wife Jolie. Their idea is that of a restaurant where people come to enjoy the food above all, in a friendly, unpretentious and relaxing atmosphere, without being distracted by theatrical decor or pulsating music.
