Every year, Wisushi’s staff pulls together to prepare and serve over 5,000 pieces of sushi at the Starlight Children’s Foundation’s annual gourmet charity gala known as Strangers in the Night.
Held under huge tents on the grounds of Fairview Centre in Pointe Claire, the event attracts some 4,000 guests, VIPs and media each year. The WiSushi stand is one of the most popular and often has a line-up of people who can’t wait to tuck in to a plate of our fresh sushi. WiSushi manager Jolie and our staff make sure you get served quickly so you move on the evening’s impressive line-up of entertainment.
