You will find sushi platters for in-restaurant dining on our Main menu.
All of our maki sushi are made to order and can be prepared for you as a traditional cylindrical roll sliced in pieces (futomaki), or a single cone-shaped hand roll (temaki). The exceptions are the inside-outside rolls in the Inspirations du chef section, which require specific preparation. All orders come with wasabi, ginger and soy sauce.
